When placing an order for an interpreting service, we recommend that you to pay special attention to the following:

• It’s important to give us a minimum of 2 days notice for planning and the supply of a suitable interpreter (language, expertise, location, number of attendees, event duration, and nature of the work.)
• Interpreters’ expenses, for the duration of the job, for meals (for assignments in Istanbul) and travel and accommodation expenses (for assignments outside Istanbul) will be covered by the customer.
• The standard working day is 8 hours; overtime will be calculated and charged on an hourly basis.
